Healthy & Delicious Pumpkin Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are one of my all-time favorite things to make for either breakfast or a yummy snack. It is packed with healthy and nutritious ingredients, while still being tasty. What better way to get into the October spirit than adding pumpkin to the mix.
Below is the recipe for a smashing pumpkin pie overnight oats that will make you fall in love with pumpkin all over again.
This is literally the easiest thing you will ever make. Mix all of the ingredients together in a jar and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.
If you are not a fan of chia seeds (some people do not appreciate the texture), I suggest adding in more oats instead.
And voila, you have made yourself some overnight oats. See, seriously the easiest thing you will ever make.
