Red, White & Delicious – Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Independence has never tasted so sweet! In honor of the Fourth of July, I decided to make a very easy and delicious dessert – red, white and blue chocolate covered strawberries. They are perfect to bring to any BBQ or party, and don’t take that long to make. So even if you’re not exactly the Martha Stewart type (like me), you can still whip these up easily. Below is the recipe on how to make these tasty treats!
What You’ll Need
First, you want to wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Make sure they are completely dry before moving to the next step. Then, follow the instructions for the white chocolate dips (each kind might be different). Mine said to put it in the microwave for 30 second intervals on 50% power (stirring each time). After the dips have completely melted, you’ll want to dip the strawberries in it and then dip them directly into the sprinkles (put the sprinkles in a little bowl). If you want a lot of sprinkles, I suggest dipping them, but if you want just a hint of sprinkles, then drizzle the sprinkles over the strawberries with a spoon.
Now let them cool for 10 minutes and THAT’S IT! Easy peasy huh?
